Why book from our website or over the phone?

If you book directly through our website, over the phone or by email, you will receive our best available rate and exclusive offers. The booking process is always easy and completely secure. There are no additional costs involved. If you contact the reception’s staff directly, they will address any of your requests.

What are the times for check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. If you wish, you may leave your luggage in our wardrobe for safekeeping after checking out.

What is included in the room’s price?

Overnight stay, breakfast and Wi-Fi connection are included in the standard rate. During the summer, access to our swimming pools and to the swimming centre, Sassabanek, are also included.

What are the cancellation terms?

If you book directly with us, the best cancellation conditions available are guaranteed. You may cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to your stay. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the whole cost of the stay will be charged.

Is a deposit required to confirm the booking?

There are three different types of confirmation. During the booking process, the reception’s staff will state the one which is most appropriate to your offer.

Bookings may be:

  • non-refundable, with advanced payment for the whole of the stay, the cost of the stay won’t be reimbursed if cancelled;
  • with credit card as a guarantee, which won’t be charged at all prior to your arrival;
  • with a confirmatory deposit which is equal to 30% of the cost of the whole stay.

Do you have a car park?

Yes, we have an outdoor car park, which is located in the facility and surrounded by a gate. If you are a tour operator and you organise groups, you may park the bus in a car park right next to the hotel.

Do you provide Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, we have a free wireless internet connection throughout the hotel. You may surf the internet freely in the communal area as well as in your room.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our facility.

Do you have a transfer service?

You may organise a transfer service on payment.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

There are three outdoor pools in our park, which are open from end of May to mid-September (depending on the weather conditions). Furthermore, during the summer season, our clients have the opportunity to access the Lido Sassabanek free of charge, where there are another three swimming pools, a private beach by the lake, football field and beach volley field, as well as canoe, pedalo and windsurf hire.

Can the guests use the SPA and the fitness area?

At the moment of the booking, you can request access to the spa. The entry is valid for 90 minutes per person, it’s charged and it’s subject to availability until the available spaces have been exhausted. The spa includes a whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath, special showers, relax area with herbal tea corner. The access to the fitness area is free and it is to be booked at our reception. The wellness area also has a beauty salon with 4 cabins for treatments and a sun tanning shower.

Do you have a restaurant service?

Yes, our restaurant is called L’Alzavola and it has two rooms and an external terrace. It’s open every evening from 7.30 until 10.00 with A La Carte Menu and Tasting Menu. The guests may also choose the half-board menu, which is to be booked in advance.

Can disabled people access the hotel?

Yes, there are 6 rooms equipped to host people with disabilities.

Do you have room service?

Room service is charged with a supplement of €5.00 per person.

Do you have smokers’ rooms?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in all rooms, but they all have a balcony.

How far is the hotel from Iseo’s old town?

The hotel is around 1 km away from Iseo’s centre, which may be reached on foot (around 10 minutes’ walk), by walking along the cycle-pedestrian path. Furthermore, you can hire bikes at around 100m from the hotel. Upon your arrival, you will be given a map with the path to reach the centre.
